Shipping Policy

We want you to get your order as soon as possible, We work with both Royal Mail and Hermes for our deliveries. Orders over £50 are FREE but orders that are below this amount are charges at set UK and International Rates. 

UK SHIPPING

All UK orders placed before 7.30PM will be dispatched the same day (Mon-Fri) as a drop off service via Hermes. We aim for Delivery within 3-5 business days with tracked shipping. We shall input your details so you will get full tracking information where provided by the postal service.

Any damaged packages must be noted upon delivery so we can resolve the situation as soon as possible.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All International orders will be be sent via Royal Mail International Standard Delivery. Due to the price of shipping we charge a flat rate and then cover the remaining costs of shipping. International Standard Delivery is aimed to be delivered within 10 working days but will vary during busy periods such as Christmas. In the circumstance that your delivery is late please allow an extra 5 working days, once this period is over we will be in contact with Royal Mail to try and trace your order. We will then offer you a full refund. As of 31st December 2020 we will no longer be accepting international orders.

Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To start a return, you can contact us at Solution.61@outlook.com  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return delivery at the buyers cost.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
